Emby ignoring the max bitrate settings.

Hello,

 

I just tried to limit the video quality to 2 MBit (remote and local), but when I check the upload speed of my router, it still uses all the available bandwidth. The device itself reports that it is a stream with only 2 MBit. Is there a reason for this?

Edit: Just seems that the client is filling the buffer, after a while the upload speed gets reduced!
