ebr 16185 Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 Hi. What PIN code? If you are talking about the one generated by an app for Connect login, a new one is created each time you re-login with Connect.

Happy2Play 9783 Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 That is for the pin code generated by the device you are attempting to add your Connect user credentials to. Example when I click sign in with Connect on my Roku it generates a pin to be entered into that page you are showing above.
