robert powell 8 Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 i have the auto box set plugin installed and it was working fine, for a minuet. then about 3 weeks ago i noticed it wasn't doing any thing with new movies i was putting in my library. last night i was was rearranging files on my hard rive, and some exiting collection disappeared, i'm guessing due to files being relocated ... that in it's self, no big deal, i expected it. but after refreshing auto box sets manual (several different times) the box sets are not being rebuilt. Ive double checked the meta data on randomly selected movies , the the tmdb collection id's are the there, and also referenced many of them with whats on the website and they match. yet nothing is being put into collections. this is too tedious to do all of them manually. need help solving this .... not sure where to pull up the log files i keep seeing people post on here so if you need to see any of that, you'll have to let me know where hey are.
ebr 16185 Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 Hi. Please see How to Report a Problem for instructions on obtaining the logs. Thanks.
robert powell 8 Posted October 5, 2019 Author Posted October 5, 2019 OK ...not sure what the hell happened here. I backed up the original log file and let emby create a new one so when i ran auto box set that's all that would be on the log, figuring it would be easier not to have all the extra clutter in the log. then when i refreshed box sets, every thing started going into collections like they are supposed to. i been messing with this for ever and couldnt get it to work. I dont see how making emby start a fresh log would make it suddenly start. probably just coincidence im guessing. but its magically all good now.
ebr 16185 Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 Okay, let us know if the problem crops back up. Thanks.
