Cirdecus 3 Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 (edited) Hello, I recently downloaded and installed MB3 server with a handful of plugins on my Win Server 2008 R2 box. I previously used MB2 and Media Center Master as a scraper. I've finished all of the configuration for my various media libraries: Live TV, Books, Movies, TV Shows, Music, etc. I've also configured remote services and Live TV access. My last Library to add is Music. However, Once I added the library and MB3 kicks off its first scan job, MB3 crashes. Subsequently, when i relaunch MB3 it crashes after a few seconds as well. and ideas? Here's the windows "Media Browser has stopped working" details I get: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 Problem Signature 01: mediabrowser.serverapplication Problem Signature 02: 3.0.5238.39498 Problem Signature 03: 53684f65 Problem Signature 04: System.Core Problem Signature 05: 4.0.30319.18408 Problem Signature 06: 5231116c Problem Signature 07: 3e7 Problem Signature 08: 1c Problem Signature 09: System.StackOverflowException OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.272.7 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: f82d Additional Information 2: f82d97cd78e0a3b6e7fb5e806ad26796 Additional Information 3: 205a Additional Information 4: 205adf57353bdc5456296a77d2a418c4 Read our privacy statement online: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=104288&clcid=0x0409 If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline: C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt *****UPDATE***** I have since removed my music from the MB3 libraries, but MB3 continues to crash... Luke 42078 Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 Sorry to hear that. Can you provide more information? Thanks. http://mediabrowser.tv/community/index.php?/topic/790-how-to-report-a-problem/
Cirdecus 3 Posted June 6, 2014 Author Posted June 6, 2014 Thanks Luke. I rebooted the server after removing the media music library and it stopped crashing. I'm not sure if it was the volume of the library that may have caused it. I have probably 200,000 songs with 4,000 folders. Much of the data isn't tagged properly either.
Sven 136 Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Beside that, could you upload the logs. So we can check it. If it's really a problem we can solve it. If it's the load then it ok.
