Theme doesn't work every time

I want a dark theme because I don't like being blinded by super bright themes. I set both the server dashboard theme and the normal theme to dark. However, half the time, the server dashboard is still light theme. Why is it so hard to actually apply the theme I want?

 

Edit: Oh so I have to pay money to even set a theme?

I haven't seen any problems with the server dashboard theme being wrong, but I'll do some testing and see if I can track down what's happening. Thanks for the feedback.

All you have to do is remove your Premiere key and refresh the dashboard a couple times for it to change to Light theme.  But the User-Display setting does not change and user navigation to some areas and back to dashboard shows dark theme until page is refreshed.

 

This does not happen with active Premiere.  Re-appling Premiere key and refreshing the browser applies the user selected Theme.
