Is there a log of media that is NOT indexed ?

Guys,

New to Emby - wondering is there an easy to use/read log that just lists the failures in an indexing run ? i.e. movies/tv shows that are not identified for some reason ?

I would like to monitor something like this and then gradually manually edit/identify the files in question

HI, no, but if it helps, the reports plugin has filters to find content that is missing a moviedb id, tvdb id, etc.

I plan to add those same filters to the core list screens so this may help once we have that.

OK Thanks Luke - it appears that all the logging just goes into the Embyserver.txt file from what i can see looking at the disk (Linux) - is that correct or is there somewhere else also ?

Reading in there in looks like LibraryMonitor is the process that does the indexing of media - so i will whip up some Grep magic and just check that every 5 minutes or so and see what i can find

If you want to go that approach then you'll probably see lines such as "moviedbprovider returned no metadata for...". Something along those lines.

Similar to what Luke suggested, but in your normal 'Movies' view - if you add a Filter and select "Has Overview = No" ...this is how I find movies that have not been identified for whatever reason.
