TheBrainninja 0 Posted October 1, 2019 Posted October 1, 2019 Hey All, I seem to recall a Wiki tutorial specifying a way of giving television seasons distinct names - for example, the season names given to shows like American Horror Story, Channel Zero, the first seasons of which are technically titled Murder House and Candle Cove, respectively. Is there a way of doing this? I can't seem to find that page, or any other post in the forum (I promised I searched). I currently have the aforementioned seasons named as: Season-01_Murder-House and Season-01_Candle-Cove It isn't a huge deal, as the episodes are all named correctly, everything plays fine, no functional problems. It's just an aesthetic thing, and I can't get it out of my head that I saw a way of doing it. Thanks!
Solution darkassassin07 653 Posted October 1, 2019 Solution Posted October 1, 2019 (edited) I'm not sure there's a way to automatically apply this, but you can manualy edit the metadata for each season and change the name to whatever you like from within the apps signed into an admin user. Oh right, I could totally do that. I was pretty sure I saw a tutorial on naming folders to make it happen automatically, but I may be wrong. Thanks!
Luke 42085 Posted October 1, 2019 Posted October 1, 2019 You can always use the metadata editor to edit the name of the season. 1
