Itzdibbyyx 4 Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 So i have a few podcasts that i want to listen to whilst i work however my work requires a lot of pausing of whatever is playing and by the time Ive come back to listen again the application seems to have lost 'focus' and forgotten at what timestamp i paused the episode at, giving me no option but to restart the episode from the beginning and scrubbing through to where i left off, however this is an inconvenience and not really something i have time to do every time i get back in my car (delivery driver) Is this a bug with the music/audio book side of the application or is the same feature (movies does remember where i left off) just not implemented?

Itzdibbyyx 4 Posted September 29, 2019 Author Posted September 29, 2019 Hi, is this with the podcasts plugin? having found and implemented the podcasts plugin im still having the above issues, the application removes itself from my list of active media players (when you can press play from the pull down notifications bar on android) and when i manually go back into the app it will not play unless i restart the episode, any ideas?

Itzdibbyyx 4 Posted October 2, 2019 Author Posted October 2, 2019 When i use music players or even youtube on my phone it will add a pause/forward/backward button segment to my notifications drop down list. Emby app does this too however if i pause it and leave my phone for a moment it will disappear which i believe as a result of the bug where emby doesnt seem to remember how far in to music or podcast i am for anything more thsn a minute or so I will attach a photo of deezer as an example
