Playback progress reports - PlaylistIndex & PlaylistLength

Please start including these values in all of your playback reports:

• PlaylistIndex
• PlaylistLength

This will allow remote control apps to set the visibility of the next & previous track buttons appropriately. This is safe to add without worrying about server versions. Older servers will ignore this information.

With Emby Server 4.3.0.13+, you can test these properties are being used correctly based on the visibility of the next/previous track buttons on this screen:
