Duplicate Generate Thumbnail in 'Edit Images'

I know the server can generate thumbnail images for tv series, but I prefer to have the setting turned off, after a few dark scene / black screens as thumbs.

 

The feature is obviously great when it works, what I was hoping for was a way to use it manually from within 'edit images'

 

That way if the provider doesn't have something available after a period I can manually generate, but don't have to have the setting turned on all the time. Perhaps just allow the user to scrub through the episode and select a thumb that way?
