Complete Newbie Needing Help PLEASE!!!

Hi there 

 

Absolute total newbie to emby here and by no means particularly tech savvy so any help would be much appreciated! 

 

Long story short - my partner is from argentina and has been told/shown by friends that he can watch argentine tv through a roku device with emby. We have purchased the roku device and installed it to the tv, have created an emby account and managed to connect it to the roku device/tv however we have now hit a brick wall! Have tried youtube and google endlessly but getting no where! 

Ultimately we are trying to get an app/programme/streaming service (no idea to be honest!!) for something called LatamVision....???

 

We have absolutely no idea of how to get this...at present we can just see an empty folder as the only option when we open emby on the device or computer. 

 

Apologies if this doesn't make a lot of sense but really don't know what I'm talking about!! Not sure if we need to download a plug-in or something to then find latam..??
