Custom tag override

I would like to be able to add a tag with a specific symbol or character in front of it so any items that contain that tag would appear in front of suggested movies overriding all other metadata. For example that symbol could be “!”  So a movie that contains tag !august would appear in front of all suggested items on a detail page of a movie that also contains that same tag (beginning with !). 
 

Also it would be nice if that symbol could be chosen by user in settings.

What would this do for you?

It would give me little bit more of control over automated suggestions. On more than few occasions I would know exactly what movies I want to see on the detail page of specific movie but none of those were there. Even if I add custom genre (s) and custom tag(s) to achieve what I had in mind it doesn’t always work; especially if you have many tags and there are lots of matches among. Sometimes it’s not  always  about quantity of matches but specific match that should override just a matches.
