Unable to play TV shows with alternate audio tracks

I was trying to watch some Seinfeld episodes just now, and while some worked fine, others would just give me the spinning logo for a long time until I finally gave up. After looking at the different episodes, it appears that the ones that aren't playing have more than one audio track. Single-audio track episodes play fine.

I just sent a log at around 4:55 AM EDT. The episode I was testing it with was "The Marine Biologist". My Emby user name is "Mr. Ouch".

Looks like the app is just waiting for the item to be delivered.  Are you using the beta server?  We'll need to see server/ffmpeg logs.

Thanks.

Yes, I'm running 4.3.0.8. Attached is the log from the server. There were no transcode logs.

I think the audio tracks are a red herring.

Are you sure there isn't a disk or network problem with these files?  There are no errors.  The player is just waiting for the item to come over the wire.

They play fine in the webapp...

I suppose the audio thing could be a coincidence, but it seems strange that it happens with every Seinfeld that has a commentary track, and never happens with the ones that don't.

Can you provide @@ebr with a sample video for testing?
