Naming convention causing server to report no primary image for music tracks

At the moment I have an issue where server is reporting that music tracks do not have primary images even though they are embedded within the tracks. This obviously causes no image to show in a client.

 

I've had this problem for a while now and it seems the naming convention used for folders is causing it.

 

I currently use the convention [Album release date in YYYY-MM-DD format] Album Name

 

This is so that the albums will sort in order of release in explorer.

 

However it seems that server does not like this arangement and causes the image issue. Even if images showed up fine before it will be reported as not there if you add the date to the album.

 

In testing this I have been caused to wonder if the server checks against the name in tags/xml as replacing the date with the word test (just to see if it didn't like numbers and []'s) also resulted in the same issue.

 

Is there a reason for this ?

 

Server version currently 3.0.5268.38197 but I have had the same behaviour in all previous builds
