dannymichel 104 Posted September 23, 2019 Posted September 23, 2019 My music library is taking days to scan and I guess that’s to be expected as it’s an rclone mount and about 2Tbs. My question is what should I expect after this initial scan? How long should I be expecting the subsequent scheduled task scans to take?
Luke 42078 Posted September 23, 2019 Posted September 23, 2019 Hi, it really depends on what features you've enabled for each library as that is what will impact library scan performance the most.
dannymichel 104 Posted September 23, 2019 Author Posted September 23, 2019 I disabled literally all plugins other than musicbrainz for music, tvdb for tv and moviedb for movies. Even the default installed plugins like cinema mode are disabled
Luke 42078 Posted September 23, 2019 Posted September 23, 2019 You could also uninstall the nfo plugin as that will make i/o requests as well. Make sure to restart the server after uninstalling plugins.
