I have 2 times the same movie being played

I've a little problem. I have 2 times the same movie in progress. see attached file.

Do you have the same movie in two different resolutions in separate libraries?

I used to have it that way for my 4k movies (only cause my users couldn't filter 4k movies only). Once the filter was fixed for 4k movies, I have all movies in the same library/directory. This is probably why you show two, one that was played and one that is not. Not sure if the fix is only in beta at the moment.

If you have multiple versions in different libraries of the same movie, it will appear that many times in Continue Watching because all versions have the same metadata (ie providerids) and watched status is tracked by providerids.
