Please show date on items in collections

I could swear that I saw this as a feature request before, but I've tried many searches and can't seem to find it, so sorry if this is a duplicate.

 

The display of the items in a collection do not display the corresponding date like they do when they're listed at top-level in the library.  The request is to display the date with the item when it's displayed in the listing of the collection's items. For large collections, this will allow them to be watched in chronological order, or set the "sort title" so they are displayed in chronological order in the listing, after being added to the collection.
