When I finished updating the cast infomation for a series, I was not able to pull down the updated information, how come? No matter I choose "refresh metadata" or "identify", it just dosen't update. Even do I remove the series and add it back, it dosen't work either. As you can see, there are 18 people on cast list, but just 5 people on local.
Happy2Play 9783 Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 How long ago did you update the information? TMDB Website faq When will my updates be posted? Edits are posted immediately on the website. They can take up to 12 hours to propagate to the API.
Luke 42083 Posted September 13, 2019 Posted September 13, 2019 Yea once you edit on MovieDb, i would wait a day before trying to refresh in Emby.
