madsen32154 0 Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 Just bought Emby premiere. The key was sent to my mail and I copy/pasted it into the Emby premiere field. However, I when i copy/paste it in and click "Save", I still don't have the new features and I see the message: Emby Premiere key is missing or invalid.

jluce50 122 Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 Do you have the Privacy Badger extension installed by any chance? It can prevent Premiere verification. Other similar extensions may do this as well (Ghostery, etc.). Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

There is a section right at the top of this forum with common answers and a link to support email. The email you received with the key also has the support email in it.
