Blatherscribe 5 Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 The Android app automatically compensates for the Bluetooth audio delay, which is great when I'm using my Bluetooth headphones with my phone. But sometimes I want to play the audio through my phone's speaker, or use regular, wired headphones, and in those cases the audio and video are out of sync. If the app can't automatically detect when Bluetooth is in use, a switch to turn this feature on or off would be most appreciated. Thanks!
Luke 42078 Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 Hi, you're saying audio is out of sync on the phone's speaker? Are you running the latest version of the app?
Blatherscribe 5 Posted September 10, 2019 Author Posted September 10, 2019 The latest version, and based on your suggestion with my previous issue, I've signed up for the beta versions as well. Everything is in sync with Bluetooth, out of sync otherwise. I'd assumed you had included Bluetooth compensation in the app, but if not, it could be a quirk of my phone.
Blatherscribe 5 Posted September 11, 2019 Author Posted September 11, 2019 Samsung Note 9, Android 9, fully up to date. I don't know whether it's the phone or Android, but something does compensate for the Bluetooth delay with other apps (Netflix etc.). But on those apps, the sound is in sync with the video if I'm not using Bluetooth. Thanks again for checking into this.
Luke 42078 Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 Thanks for the info. We'll look into it.
