Matheus-Emby 1 Posted September 5, 2019 Posted September 5, 2019 Boa noite pessoal, tudo certo?

Beauty. Thank you! Hi, unfortunately I can't see any playback information in the log before it crashed. Here are two things you can try Please update the Nvdia drivers to the latest version., I did notice this error message in the log. The minimum required Nvidia driver for nvenc is 390.77 or newer If that doesn't work, set 'Enable hardware transcoding' in the server settings to No, then restart the server and try playback again Please let me know how that goes. 1

Good Morning! All right? So my Nvidia drivers are up to date, and are at version 3.91. But I tried to disable hardware transcoding anyway, but it hasn't worked out yet.
Matheus-Emby 1 Posted September 9, 2019 Author Posted September 9, 2019 What leaves me in the face is the question that when it works, it reproduces perfectly, without any problem. Now when it hangs in the beginning, it's a serious problem, as I have to reboot to my server.
Matheus-Emby 1 Posted September 12, 2019 Author Posted September 12, 2019 Are you still having an issue? Yes it's still the same, unfortunately
Luke 42077 Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 Can you try lowering the in-app quality setting? I think the bitrate is just too high. Thanks. 1
Matheus-Emby 1 Posted September 12, 2019 Author Posted September 12, 2019 Can you try lowering the in-app quality setting? I think the bitrate is just too high. Thanks. Where do I do this in the app? Thank you very much.
Matheus-Emby 1 Posted September 15, 2019 Author Posted September 15, 2019 (edited) Good afternoon people! I will post other logs that happen at the exact time of the server crash. I don't know what else to do, help me please. embyserver.txt embyserver-63704102400.txt Edited September 15, 2019 by Matheus-Emby
SamES 1056 Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 Good afternoon people! I will post other logs that happen at the exact time of the server crash. I don't know what else to do, help me please. Do you think the server crash occurred with these logs? Approximately what time do you think the server crashed on you? I can see normal activity here, with the log roll-over occurring at midnight. But I can see that this server startup occurred at 2019-09-14 21:29:53. If the server crashed prior to this then maybe we need the log file before these.
Luke 42077 Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 Where do I do this in the app? Thank you very much. In the settings in the app, Click your user icon in the top right.
