AaronG85 48 Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 (edited) I've added some movies lately, I use MetaBrowser to get all my data, and now some of the primary/posters are not showing up. I've looked in MetaBrowser and it all looks good even have the folder.jpb in each folder but unless i go into MB3 Metadata and upload each poster i get stuck with this (see attached) how do I go about fixing this?) Luke 42078 Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 do you see the same incorrect image in our other apps, or just the web client?
Luke 42078 Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 just as a test, try refreshing one from the edit page in the web client.
AaronG85 48 Posted June 3, 2014 Author Posted June 3, 2014 But if i delete the old primary (looks like a screen grabbed image) than refresh it grabs the proper image (folder.jpg)
Luke 42078 Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 you should try turning off the screen grabber and/or disabling the library realtime monitor. it's possible the screen grab is occurring before metabrowser has had a chance to download the image.
AaronG85 48 Posted June 3, 2014 Author Posted June 3, 2014 I've turned off the screen grabber, how do i go about turning off the library realtime monitor? and if i do turn this off does this mean i have to manually scan to add new items? thanks for all the help
AaronG85 48 Posted June 3, 2014 Author Posted June 3, 2014 Is there a way to force the program to do a full refresh on the metadata?

Luke 42078 Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Library -> Advanced. It means new content won't be picked up until the next library scan. But I would leave as is for now and try again with yesterday's new release. 1
AaronG85 48 Posted June 9, 2014 Author Posted June 9, 2014 Is there a way to do a force rescan of the whole library?
AaronG85 48 Posted June 9, 2014 Author Posted June 9, 2014 Hey Luke still having the same issue as before, even with the update. Even went so far as to remove all folders from the library, delete all the information in the cache folder. Than proceeded to add everything again and still had the same issue.
