blue65 2 Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Hi, I have over 100 Music Artists in my catalog and have had no issues with the artists and their albums being added until this particular artist The artist is "1927" with the album "...Ish" My music folders are setup with the artist under my "Music" folder and the album(s) below the artist eg. F:\MUSIC\1927\....Ish I have attached the log. Any thoughts. Thanks Music Issue. Group 1927.txt
BAlGaInTl 288 Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Is it possible that it doesn't like "..." ? I also notice that you have an extra "." in the path, but I'll assume that's a typo. What happens if you manually change "...Ish" to just "Ish" and do a new library scan? 1
Happy2Play 9782 Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 The periods in the name make the folder invisible to Emby, do to some OSes making files and folders the begin with periods. So you would have to rename the folder without periods.

So you would have to rename the folder without periods. That's what I was thinking. Like hidden files. I'm sure that the artist didn't consider the impact on file systems back when that album was released.
