Feature request: New media triggers Cloud & Folder Sync, and Convert

Now that I have directory watching working properly and new media triggers a scan it would be convenient if, when applicable, it would trigger corresponding Convert and Sync jobs.

 

In the current implementation:

1. File X added to library A
2. Emby detects it, adds it to library A
3. Library A has a convert job set (to standardize files to mp4)
4. Emby waits, sometimes hours, for the scheduled convert job before converting

I've increased the scheduled frequency of Sync and Convert, but a trigger would be an improvement.
