Missing file details / Emby server 4.2.1.0

Hi All,

 

 

More and more files are missing the details and the end of the page. 

 

The details I'm talking about:

 

I've not been able to find any consistency whether the details fields are missing or not. Some new files have them, some don't. Older files that contained the details are suddenly missing them.

 

I'm running a test with a virtual machine and Emby, their I first noticed the issue. 

 

I really appreciate the detailed information.

Hi EBR,

 

This is not a problem (report yet). I have a question. That's it for now.

I have the question because I'm assuming, I missed something, nobody else made a similar report or remark as I could find in 3 secs. Therefor a question seemed to be the best first start.

In order for us to answer your question we would need to see something like a server log from when you refreshed one of these items.  The reason could be any number of things.

A refresh of the page has now fixed the issue for me and other user for more then 5 times. Please consider this issue resolved for now.

Sounds like at the time you first viewed them they hadn't completed scanning into the library yet.
