sbadie1 1 Posted August 29, 2019 Posted August 29, 2019 I am having issues playing certain 4k files. They are stuttering severely, and I am using hardware acceleration using p2000 graphics card. If I handbrake the files then they work fine. If I hand brake them I kept them at 10bit and hvac 265, with video quality put at 10, and pass through all audio and subtiles. Once I do this they work just fine. I dont really want to hand brake all of them as it would take an eternity. Am I doing something wrong with the original files or is it just bad encoding from the original?

I am not sure how to get a screen shot of stuttering issues, but for logs how do i get the logs on linux ubuntu?
