Server downgrades tot 3.2.26.0 after reboot. Always

Hello.

 

I have a problem with my emby server.

I have a small Windows server with Windows server 2012 installed.

The servers starts up in the evening and it will shut down after midnight.

Recently I get problems with connecting to Emby. I use :

Ipad with latest IOS and Emby app

Chromecast

Iphone

NVidia Shield With Kodi (latest) and the Emby plugin.

 

Every day I'll get connection issues. I cant play any media. I connected my server and openend emby on the server and I was surprised, it was downgraded to version 3.2.26.0

I installed the latets version on top, restarted emby server and it was ok. At night my servers shuts down. Next day, it's downgraded again.

I again installed the latest version on top, as administrator. But after a server reboot it's back to 3.2.26.0.

 

What can I do? I dont want to loose my watched status and it's not working to installe it every day.

 

Any tips?

Hi. It sounds like you have two versions installed under different Windows user accounts and the old one is set to start automatically on boot/login.

You can confirm this by looking at the path sections in the emby server dashboard and comparing them.

It worked ! I had an second account from and remote login. It is removed and today it all was working fine. Thanks !
