Live TV Emby Server

Hey guys, 

 

Ive been running IPtv on my tv for some time now and its awesome. However i wanna spice up my emby server a bit. Though i have some thoughts. 

1: If I put my m3u on the emby server, will it then show the servers MAC address when streaming or will it show the device that im streaming from? Chromecast/Mobile/TV etc? 

 

2: If it shows the device, is there any way to get past that? 

(I know that i could simply go and get more streams from my supplier, but im curious about the ways of use in Emby)

Is it possible to restrict each user to a seperat IPtv stream? 

 

Like if i have 2 streams and 2 users. Would it be possible to seperate them and givce user 2 access to only stream 2?

Not exactly, but you can use user access permissions to control access to certain channels.
