New downloaded media UX problem

Hi,

 

then new downloaded media management is awesome..

 

but...I found a problem

 

I have a show with the last two unwatched episode in sync..

 

watching the 2 episode synced the server makes the sync to queue the 2 next items..

 

the problem is this: I'm on mobile network and the sync starts only on wifi..but now I see the new episode with the downloaded/original version choose..

 

If I choose to play the default downloaded version, nothing happens (because of the missing offline files)

 

the downloaded version as to appear when the file is actually on device..

I'm saying that I see the choose of play downloaded media or server version even if the download isn't started..
