sync error

hi,When I choose native mode of playback,emby cant sync my library and display failure...

But when I turn to add-on mode, everything works well, i don't know why,but this problem did not exist before when i use old version kodi or emby...

 

Is any way to slove it?

What was the error? Do you have your Kodi log?
