Remove Background Vector Border

Howdy!

 

Looking to remove that ugly grey border around vector images inside Emby across multiple apps.

 

How can I accomplish this without using a custom css (as this only affects Web App)?

I'm using the diamond covers inside the CA plugin. Is there a way to do this from within here?

Yes the Diamond treatment does actually shrink the image.

 

A 1920X1080 image becomes 1312X722 when Diamond is used so the AR does change depending on the treatment used.

 

In my tests looking up the created enhanced-images.

 

But to the question at hand, every client/device has its own code so they would all have to be updated to reflect a change.  This is somewhat specific to selected theme also.

Unfortunate it's a situation where having a background of some sort is really a usability best practice..it just doesn't always look great when Cover Art is used.

That treatment style doesn't have hard edges (it is a shadow) so it has to have transparent padding.
