Synology DS3647 Playback error

I am a loyal member of EMBY Premiere.But I have a problem playing recently.An error occurred while playing some 4K files and ISO files.Display error is“Playback Error: No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details”.

  I don't know what happened, so please help me solve this problem. I will upload my log file. Thank you.
