Cloud and folder sync running

Good Afternoon,

 

Cloud and folder sync continues to attempt to run even though there are no tasks for this scheduled. When I stop the task it hangs here until the server is rebooted.

If there are no tasks then there will be no work for it to do so I wouldn't worry about trying to stop it. If it is actually doing something, then that means either you or a user of yours did create a job.

is this a new behavior? I have never had this issue before. I can't see anything under the tasks list on the admin cp. I assume I should be able to see tasks from all users.

Nothing new. You have a convert transfer going on, it uses the same scheduled task.

The file transfers can't be cancelled in progress so that's why you have to wait for the transfer to finish before the scheduled task can be cancelled.
