Hi, there it is, let me know if it's enough, and think you for your help. For the log file I have 3 log files in %appdata%\MediaBrowser-Server\logs and two of them are biggest than 1000ko (8 and 18516Ko)... How can I post them (or which one?)538b03c11f460_pb.jpg

There isn't much that we can do to help. We're trying to save a file to your drive and the operating system is saying no you can't do that. It's out of our control.

Hy, think you for reply.

I know it is the system is say I can not write on the drive, the question is why? I use the administrator acount so I can do all what I want! Why MB3 can't? At the first install, MB3 was working fine and after few days (maybe weeks) it start to fail.

I have treid to uninstall/reinstall MB3, it is worth: first only two or three folder can't be access, now all of them.

Every things work fine whithout image update.

It is disappointed.

Really no idea?

Find the folder that house's the moves right click on it and make sure they haven't gotten switched over to read only. From time to time my folders do that and I have to manually turn them back off of read only. It will be a little check box in the properties of that folder.   This is a windows issues. I know windows 7 and 8 have this issue as well as i run win7 myself.

I'm not sure if this will help as it is for a older version of WHS  but it may.

Happens to me periodically too.  The image file already exists and it's flagged read only or otherwise locked.  Just manually delete the existing file and then you'll save no problem.  The only way it would have anything to do with MB3 is if MB3 was the app setting it to read only and that doesn't seem to be the case in my experience.  It's much more likely Windows or the data source serving up the file.

Right click properties Adavanced Shareing select the folder you shared w/ MB3. Under "Allow" check off change too. Now you should have Change and Read Permitions checked ready for MB3 edits. Apply OK 10'4..

The instructions say to allow read only.

Good Luck!
