Luke 42083 Posted August 19, 2019 Posted August 19, 2019 Why are you looking there for the search function? Have you explored the subtitle editor for a video?

Luke 42083 Posted August 19, 2019 Posted August 19, 2019 Did you enter your open subtitles username and password into emby server?
lavidaole 0 Posted August 20, 2019 Author Posted August 20, 2019 Did you enter your open subtitles username and password into emby server? yes just for that after 10 year i registered on opensubtitles. maybe it's because of file name.
Luke 42083 Posted August 20, 2019 Posted August 20, 2019 Try adding an imdb id to the movie using the metadata editor. That will help subtitle downloading. 1
seanbuff 1318 Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 FWIW i had found that my subtitle searches were also failing, then noticed that I had inadvertently ticked "VIP Member" on the Open Subtitles config page when in fact I wasn't VIP. Unchecking this box allowed subtitle searching to work as expected.
