A ton of TV images and quite a few movie images (posters, thumbnails, etc) aren't loading. They're still present on the server, but don't display in the apps.

Not sure how much more specific I can be. I keep seeing this. It's always the same images missing. Just started randomly today, occurs on all devices both remotely and locally.

What browser?  Have you tried a different browser?  Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

Waterfox, Chrome, the Android app, and the LG TV app. Literally every device and browser I have. Always the same images missing. Can't possibly be device-specific.

I've attached the log, not sure what more you need.

Please try uninstalling the cover art plugin, then restart the server and see how things compare.

Is there a way to save my CoverArt config? I've got quite a few profiles set up.

Uninstalling the plugin will not affect your configuration.

So if I reinstall it later, it'll be set up the same way I have it now?

Uninstalling cover art seems to have fixed the problem.

Thanks for the feedback.

I'm not sure how that solves my problem though? "Get rid of CoverArt" isn't much of a solution.

I tried reinstalling it and exactly the same images failed as failed the first time. So it's not even a temporary glitch fixable by an uninstall/reinstall.

Is this a Windows 7 issue or a specific configuration in CoverArt as there are obvious image processing errors?  Or corrupt images in "\cache\images\enhanced-images\"?

FWIW all my TV series are set to "plain", so they shouldn't need to have anything done to them. Within my movies it doesn't seem to apply to any specific CoverArt treatment either.

Plain still applies a overlay so you can have overlay indicators. So Plain is not the same as Ignore.

Changing TV to Plain fixes TV. Movies are still an issue though, and seemingly just as random. For example Alien has no image, but Aliens, Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection work just fine. They're all ripped from the same BD set.

I just rebooted my computer, and CoverArt completely reset itself.

Sorry i meant to say different reason but same problem. Something is blocking your connection to the downloads such as firewall, security software, or VPN. Can you look into this?

Running version 4.4.2.0 Premier, Win7

I'm having the same problem, but the missing images are for all movie/TVSeries folders on 2 of my 5 external drives that have movies on them.  No problem with images of movies/TV on other 3 drives.  All 5 drives have been running w/o issue for over a year.  Have not changed any of the paths to the drives nor have there been any other changes to the drives, folders or Emby that I know of.  Probably no Win7 OS changes either since MS has stopped updating Win7.

The movie/TV folders on the 2 drives that are not displaying images still have all the data in the folders... .ngo, poster.jpg, .mkv movie, etc.  Can open the poster.jpg folder and cover image comes up.  I can see no difference in folder contents between those in the 2 drives and the other 3.

Except for images, the rest of the metadata is available from the Emby display for the movies/TV on the 2 drives.  Using the Emby Metadata Manager I can browse on either of the 2 drives to a movie folder, ..., Edit Images, all show as blank, Search, the art comes up for the movie (since metadata ID is in place), click on download icon for one of the covers, busy circle comes up indicating working to download but never finishes... never get download.  I can do the same process for any of the other 3 drives and can download a new (different) image quickly and without problem.

Well...server is running (as I already said) in a Synology box and firewall is disabled. It used to work but after a lot of updates it started to work ... "wrongly". Occam's razor may say it was a bug in the software; what do you think? ;-)
