docker 4.20.32 problem to play

I have this error when i try to play any tvshow:

 - Error de reproducción - No tienes disponible ninguna calidad por ahora. Inténtalo más tarde o contacta con el administrador para más detalles.

When I try to play any movie for example movie1 it's play movie25 and if I try to play movie1 again it's play movie33 or moviexxx never the same. And the problem isn't movie1 is the same with any movie.

When I browse with any client though library the metadata it's correct with his movie or ...

I have the backup plugin and with permissions not detect the backups for restore it.

The server does not have permission to read the file. Fix this and your problem will go away.

Is the media on a hard drive? It still can't read it.

Sorry but the problem is solved. There was something wrong in docker. When was solved and recreated the emby process all are good.
