IOS MB Mobile & hidden accounts

1st, thank you for a wonderful product.

 

I seem to have run into an issue....

I'm using an iphone 5s with IOS 7.1.1 with the latest MB mobile IOS client.

I have 2 MB accounts and 1 is hidden.  I have no way to select and use the hidden account.

 

I can select the option to change user, but the hidden user is not listed.

Can you please add a 'manual login' to the IOS app?
