manual log in from phone

Hi guys I recently upgrade to premier to check how good it was but i find Im having a problem logging into emby. its rejecting my username (ive already reset my password thinking that was the problem) how do i sort this?  cant see an entry in the settings like there is for your password ..  but i may have missed it.

I also tried my email but that didnt work either ..

As I mentioned I reset the password but its indicating that its rejecting my username (i tried both the username and email and neither lets me in)

so i cant set it up on an external (phone) device ..

Are you possibly confusing the difference between our Emby Connect cloud login and your local user on your Emby Server? Which username and password are you entering into the login screen?

I dont think so but its possible I guess, my wife installed it on her phone but couldnt use it because she couldnt log into my server.

which brought me to here .. its rejecting the credentials I used initially but there's no way to reset or check the username that i can find and no disrespect no body else seem to know how either ..  so apart from  getting rid of the 9 second delay on my tv what exactly is the point of having a paid account?

Ok so it sounds like that is an emby connect login. When you try to login, does it say sign in with emby connect at the top of the screen?

well now Im puzzled .. my wife uninstalled it out of frustration from her phone on saturday (because she couldn't log into my server)

Today I thought id have another go so she downloaded it and re installed it again and this time it connected to the server without credentials etc .. so im at a loss as to what to say.

Still concerned that I may need to log in again sometime in the future and we will be back here  ...  better go through the docs again for a refresher ..
