If the user has "Allow media conversion" enabled on the user (Dashboard-users-user). You should see Convert on the three dot menu for the item.

Please note that based on the transcoding speeds in your log, your videos may take a long time to convert. See the speed here:

speed=0.171x

A speed of 0.17x means that it will take roughly 6 times the length of the video to convert the whole thing. So do the math on that and see if it's suitable for you. If you have only a few hevc videos it might not be a big deal. If you have a massive library of them, then you probably want to look at playing with Emby apps that can handle hevc without transcoding.

OK wow lol. Yea that could eat up some time!

I'm not sure if I have to many options for the tv's as far as other apps. So I may just be stuck with those as the only options correct? I don't usually watch emby from my computer, mostly from the television apps or phone.

Well thats good news then.

But not with PGS subtitles, so just be aware those will cause transcoding. Some roku models also support HEVC, so if you have one that supports it, it can direct play as well.

are you able to direct play them?

edit:

sorry, didn't catch there was a second page when I posted.  You answered that.  Please disregard.
