Server frequently stops

I have been experimenting with Emby for a while. I have noticed several times during the past month that the server seems to randomly stop for no apparent reason, and I cannot connect via my Roku, android phone, or web interface. Each time I have to manually restart the server. The latest instance I noticed was this morning (8/13/19 about 8:00am-ish). Latest logs attached from 8/12/19 & 8/13/19.

There is no other log for 8/13. I have another for 8/12 that I will attach. It has an earlier time-stamp than the first one I uploaded. I don't use Emby everyday, so if this log does not show anything, I will have to wait until I notice that the server has stopped again.
