epg will not load

refreshed guide and it will still not load; updated the server last night.

Hi there, why do you feel that it won't load? Can you please provide a little more information? Thanks.

The grid appears, circle spins and never stops... the epg wouldnt load content or become responsive. However today it seems to be working as intended.
