Prevent Custom Movie Sets From Reverting?

So I lock my movies, after putting them into Custom movie sets, but eventually they always seem to end up back in their original sets. I

 

IE, I've made a Marvel Cinematic Universe Collection, but Avengers always reverts back to The Avengers Collection, eventually. 

 

If I uninstall Auto Box Sets, will this stop? Are there any other core functions that would be overriding my custom sets?

If you uninstall the plug-in this will not happen again as it is what creates the automatic sets.

 

If it is happening with your movie metadata locked, then, at some point, you must be forcing a refresh on those movies.

 

Does your custom set disappear?  Because that should not happen no matter what...

Doesn't disappear. Just loses tons of movies and I have to readd

I'm not sure how that could happen. Our system allows a movie to be in multiple collections.

Please try uninstalling AutoBoxSets and then let's compare after that. Thanks.
