127.0.0.1

Each time I reboot my w10 pc with emby server, it attempts to open a web page to 127.0.0.1.

Is this Emby doing this and is it normal?

Ok might have been something to do with my changing the pc name and the emby server name, does not happen on subsequent boots.

From my understanding the only way you should see a 127.0.0.1 address is if you manually entered it. Emby by default uses localhost. Unless your DNS is resolving localhost.

We don't open any urls in the browser with 127.0.0.1.

 

Nothing caused by emby.
