Trakt plugin removed thousands of entries

With help from the team I was able to get the Trakt plugin working, the last step of this was to run the Trakt scheduled task. Unfortunately despite having "Sync Collection during Scheduled Task" unchecked I think running the task has overrode this setting and caused thousands of episodes and movies to be set to unwatched. Is there any way to revert this change? Even movies which have a watched status in Emby have been marked as unwatched in Trakt. In the logs I am only able to see totals of things set to unwatched but not the individual items.

Hi @@J2ghz can confirm but i think that option pertains to syncing library contents, not watch data.
