unisoft 352 Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 (edited) I have some iTunes MP4 files. They are not DRM so not tied to iTunes. On all other Emby apps they play (Samsung, LG, Web, Theatre, Android Phone). I just get the spinner or a black screen. Don't believe its the Mp4 file as Apple use standards for encoding their files from encoding factories, and its not JUST limited to Apple iTunes Mp4's either. Is this already a known issue beofre I go about trying to get logs (though theres nothing in the logs as I looked). Its over a WAN link (38 upstream at source, 115mbps downstream at receiving end), these are small files not huge or massive bit rates (already tested HD with higher bit rates and these are fine). Can't be the WAN as other stuff plays fine. The files would be similar in being AAC sound, MP4 H264 video. On the released version of Apple TV Emby client. Edited August 7, 2019 by unisoft
