Do backups from the Backup & Restore plugin work accross platforms?

 

Im going from FreeNAS back to Windows 10

However I would not suggest restoring things that contain paths as this will cause problems. You may just want to restore users, user data, and nothing else.

If you are trying to backup something like library configuration, just know that you will have to change the path to where the media for that library is stored

Some plugins may also have settings pointing to folder paths, and i can't speak for all of the third party plugins and say that they will be able to cope with configurations pointing to invalid folders.
