emby starting takes sooooo long

Hello,

 

I run the latest emby version on my QNAP TS-451+.

 

When I boot up the QNAP it takes between 15 to 20 minutes unitl the emby can be accessed.

 

I am sure there is something one can do about it.

 

But what?
