Duplicated Sync Items

I went to put a couple of new films on my daughters iPad, which worked fine, but noticed all of the content is duplicated.  Clicking either works, but it would be good to just have everything showing once.  Any ideas?

Other than this issue, I think 4.2.1.0 is just about perfect, at least for my uses.

 

Any idea how to resolve this without having to individually delete and then re-sync about 40 films?
