TV Episodes not getting added to Emby upon transfer

Hey, guys. Been dealing with a bit of an issue the past few days.

 

I rebuilt my TV library, and while doing so realized that six episodes of Big Brother (US) have not been uploaded onto EMby, despite being in my library folder structure.

 

I tried a couple different things, removing them from the folder, reuploading, rebuilding the library once more.

 

No dice.

 

How can I fix this?
